State Senator Chris Lauzen Meets with Fox Valley Area Action Council : Meetings : NFIB Fox Valley Area Action CouncilState Senator Chris Lauzen Meets with Fox Valley Area Action Council
| Presents the accurate "State of the State"
| 5/23/2006
|
Chris Lauzen, State Senator for Illinois' 25th district presented the actual "State of the State" to Fox Valley small business owners in Aurora. Chris gave actual facts and figures that paint a much different picture than the one the current administration in Springfield has been painting.
Senator Lauzen made a clear point for members of the Fox Valley Area Action Council: 15-20 phone calls to a state legislator's office can make a lawmaker pay a lot more attention to an issue. For some issues, that number can go as low as ten. That means that our group of over forty local small business owners can make an impact on potential legislation in Springfield.
